I found the hotel to be clean, with friendly and helpful staff. They provided me with a map of the city and gave me great suggestions for sightseeing. The location was also great, as it was very close to the train station, making it convenient for me to carry my luggage. the hotel had excellent air conditioning, a relief during the hot days.

Not obvious to find.

Clean, renovated room with powerful AC. Quick check-in/out. Friendly English-speaking receptionist provided map and recommendations. Safe area with nearby restaurants and grocery store. Overall great stay! 😊

The hotel's location is also a major plus, being within a 10-minute walk from both the Maria Santa Novella train station and SM Firenze station. This puts you right in the center of the action, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. And to top it all off, a delicious breakfast is included!
